As a Global Travel Coordinator, you’ll stay informed on the latest travel trends, safety updates, and best-value packages. You’ll communicate with travel vendors, manage booking logistics, and ensure each client’s preferences are met with precision. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are key to success in this role. What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with clients to design personalized travel experiences
Coordinate all logistics—flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and more
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and safety guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service and respond to questions promptly
Ensure bookings are accurate and follow each client’s preferences
Build relationships with travel vendors and industry partners
