We have  put together a Management Training Program to develop our Customer Service Specialists into Senior Customer Service Territory Managers in 6-12 months. Due to recent growth and new client partnerships, we are aggressively seeking top talent to join our team and take their career to the next level.

Position Description:

  • Train on customer service and sales solutions and master our outreach methods 
  • Meet directly with customers and provide product recommendations, answer questions, and process sales orders
  • Build genuine relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Keep detailed reports on all customer interactions including order requests, customer complaints, and referrals 
  • Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all available products and services as well as industry trends to keep an edge against competition 
  • Develop leadership and team development skills by working with Senior Level Managers

Under the direction of the Senior Manager, you will develop skills in:

  • Customer Service and Relations
  • Sales
  • Brand Development
  • Consulting
  • Territory Management
  • Telecommunications and Technology Services
  • Interviewing
  • Acting as a Liaison with Clientele
  • Direct Customer Service/Sales

Our ideal qualifications are:

  • No Degree Required. Must have a customer service background
  • Excellent interpersonal, research, and training skills
  • Strong Student Mentality and willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
  • Grace under pressure and good judgment in sensitive situations
  • Mastery of good habits and professionalism
