Location: Palmetto, FL (Same location as Guy’s Hauling & Dumpster Service)
Position: Welder – Dumpster & Equipment Repair
Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:

RDK Welding is a family-owned and operated business specializing in dumpster repairs, proudly owned by the same family as Guy’s Hauling & Dumpster Service. Based in Palmetto, FL, we provide repair services for our own fleet as well as dumpsters for other local dumpster companies. Additionally, we occasionally take on fabrication projects and repair jobs on trucks and heavy equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Must have welding experience, particularly with repairs on older metal.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Ability to properly prepare and weld old materials.
  • Understanding of how to handle rust when welding.
  • Experience with structural repairs and reinforcements.
  • Ability to work on dumpsters, truck bodies, and fabrication projects as needed.
  • Fabrication and body repair experience is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
• Dependability: Must be reliable and take pride in quality work.
