Job Title: Ticket Program Manager (TPM)

Location: Baltimore MD and SSA Hearing Office Locations within a commute to Baltimore Headquarters

Position Summary:

The Social Security Administration (SSA) seeks a Ticket Program Manager (TPM) to manage the operations in the Ticket to Work program—a national initiative that supports individuals with disabilities in returning to work and achieving financial independence. The TPM will oversee the recruitment, activation, and support of Employment Networks (ENs) and provide comprehensive assistance to beneficiaries to facilitate their participation in the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain a diverse network of Employment Networks (ENs)
• Support ENs through training, technical assistance, and performance monitoring
• Design and manage outreach initiatives to encourage beneficiary participation in the Ticket to Work program
• Ensure compliance with SSA policies and contractual requirements
• Maintain data systems to track EN and beneficiary engagement, program metrics, and outcomes with monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Collaborate with SSA to continuously improve service delivery and program impact
• Prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations for SSA leadership

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing federal or workforce development programs
• Familiarity with SSA disability programs and the Ticket to Work initiative
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program management skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement program improvements
• Experience working with populations with disabilities or related advocacy groups preferred
