Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead marketing and customer experience (CX) initiatives for Amazon Customer Insights (ACI), a strategic market research program that enables vendors to gather actionable feedback from Amazon customers. This role will be critical in scaling ACI to automated, self-service platform accessible to vendors of all sizes.
Amazon Customer Insights (ACI) is a transformative market research program that enables vendors to conduct customized research surveys targeting actual Amazon customers. ACI differentiates itself through unique Amazon behavioral targeting capabilities, sophisticated survey features, and robust analysis that helps vendors make data-driven decisions about their products and strategies on Amazon. Key job responsibilities- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
