As the Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of social campaign integration, including managing multiple accounts, maintaining best practice implementation and overseeing optimization for all campaign set ups. This position will report to Director of Digital and work closely to develop strategic programmatic engagements that are centered on business objectives. We are looking for a self-starter, results-driven, details- and numbers-oriented individual who can solve problems creatively. This person will work collaboratively with counterparts in Search, Programmatic and User Acquisition. The ideal candidate is a hands-on paid social expert with deep experience managing large budgets, testing aggressively, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment What you'll be doing As part of your role, your responsibilities will include: Act as a strategic leader always looking for ways to advance the sophistication of App marketing and biddable media campaigns to ensure dollars are spent in the most effective and efficient way possible. Translate business objectives into paid social activation strategies, including implementing test and optimize performance tactics, audience development, creative A/B testing, bidding strategy Manage campaigns, including ensuring budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs Oversee the execution of operational tasks including budget management, billing and campaign creative trafficking Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Brand and Creative, Analytics, Retention, etc. Collaborate with channel leads across other digital channels to ensure alignment, and find opportunities to achieve overall business growth Create and enforce workflow processes to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance within and across campaigns Keep key stakeholders internal teams updated on campaign and account level performance via regular and ad-hoc reporting and status meetings Flexible with working non-traditional hours. For example, work hours outside of Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST, and the possibility of work on holidays (i.e., Thanksgiving or Christmas Day). Essential skills you'll bring to the table The necessary skills that we require for this role include: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience 5+ Years of relevant career experience, with 3+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns at an agency or In-house strongly preferred. Other digital advertising channel experience, such as search and/or programmatic, is a plus Must have hands-on experience with Social Media advertising platforms (Meta required; TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter and Pinterest) Experience with Analytics, Remarketing, tracking, creative and landing page optimization Experience handling large budgets, high campaign volume and complex strategies to drive quantifiable results Advanced Excel User (Pivot Tables, Joining Data Sets, Complex Formulas, etc.) Exceptional verbal and written skills Organizational skills Detail-oriented mindset Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders Natural curiosity and desire to continuously learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
