Job Summary Lead and execute strategies to balance supply and demand for a selected portfolio of products. Manage supply planning activities across departments and sites, supporting strategic initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities & Accountabilities Supply Chain Planning & Execution Prepare supply plans for in-line products and manage purchase orders aligned with lead times. Coordinate demand across segments to ensure balanced supply allocation. Update commercial teams on supply issues and backorders, including expected resolution dates. Follow up with manufacturing on capacity availability. Analyze product availability for new business opportunities. Provide timelines for supply readiness for new initiatives. Coordinate supply issues and performance with relevant departments. Work with commercial and demand planning teams for product transfers and launches. Support analytical assessments of lead times and capacity. Participate in demand review meetings to align supply with forecasted needs. Support cross-functional activities related to site transfers. Supply Security & Risk Mitigation Manage inventory levels and monitor supply timeliness. Execute demand planning to meet business needs while maintaining optimal inventory. Review and adjust inventory and batch sizes based on forecast accuracy. Regional S&OP & KPI Support Measure and report supply chain KPIs. Support monthly Sales & Operations Planning processes. Conduct supply reviews with site teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve supply constraints. Supply Chain Systems & Processes Maintain planning tools and system data accuracy. Generate reports and summaries for management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field; Master’s preferred. Minimum 5 years in supply chain operations, including logistics and distribution. Willingness to travel bi-weekly to manufacturing sites. Experience working with global teams preferred. Strong Excel skills (VLookups, PivotTables, formulas). Experience with technology systems in a multinational pharmaceutical context. Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, and quality aspects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to influence and communicate effectively across organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, ERP, and analytics tools.
