Job Description

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments
• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment
• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
• React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts
• Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
• Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans

Qualifications:

• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
• Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
