Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a High Reach Forklift Operator to join their team. As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: High Reach Forklift Operator Location: Vineland, NJ Pay Range: $18 hr $20 hr after 90 days probation period Mon- Fri What's the Job? Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely shipping/receiving operations. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using forklifts, ensuring materials are secured properly for transport. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning, sorting, and storing materials in designated locations. Participate in the shipping and receiving processes, including preparing materials for shipment and verifying incoming shipments. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring aisles and storage areas are free from obstructions. What's Needed? Clear 7 yr background Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry materials, and perform repetitive motions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
