Position Summary

As a Field Execution Representative, you will be focused on meeting sales distribution goals, expanding retail space, and increasing points of interruption. Your responsibilities include verifying and completing executional elements in company/distributor plans, light-to-moderate merchandising in coolers and vaults, building route-level relationships, and executing strategies for point of sale and visual marketing.

Essential Job Functions

1. Develop route-level relationships with store managers.
2. Merchandise products in coolers and vaults.
3. Expand cold space in applicable accounts.
4. Manage and place point of sale (POS) materials inside and outside of stores.
5. Care responsibly for program materials and assets.
6. Maintain punctuality, adhere to schedules, and uphold the brand appearance with proper attire.
7. Maintain professionalism, communicate effectively, and interact proactively with customers and team members.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience desired.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience desired.
• Must have a clean driving record and be 21 years or older.

Base Salary Range: $19 - $26 per hour
