You’ll troubleshoot and spearhead projects, contributing to our efficiency and growth. By fostering a proactive maintenance environment, you’ll enhance machine longevity and facility operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance tasks, focusing on both planned and unplanned work orders, troubleshooting everything from boilers to robotic systems.
• Implement and optimize preventive maintenance programs, ensuring seamless machinery operations.
• Research, justify, and oversee capital investments for facility improvements.
• Nurture relationships with contractors to guarantee high-standard installations with a focus on safety and budgetary constraints.
• Provide developmental support to the team, championing technical training and performance excellence.
• Track and report departmental metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• A background in Engineering, ideally with an Associates or higher.
