Visit us at: You are: We seek an Associate Creative Director with an Art Direction background, experienced in leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects, especially campaigns across a brand’s ecosystem. This role requires someone who can work independently and as a team lead, collaborating with writers and designers. You will be a key part of an interdisciplinary team delivering client solutions, confident in presenting and partnering with clients, and skilled in developing and executing innovative ideas. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects across all media, and be adaptable to new tools and technologies such as genAI. The work: Collaborate with integrated creative teams on advertising and marketing projects Lead and direct content for various briefs within the client’s communication ecosystem Manage, mentor, and supervise junior creatives, ensuring quality standards Participate in new business development and account growth Structure, present, persuade, and defend concepts and executions internally and to clients Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of art direction and/or design experience At least 3 years of agency or equivalent industry experience across all media including digital, social, film, longform content, and print Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and craftsmanship Experience working within a creative agency or similar environment across all media Bonus points if you have: Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) clients Experience in scaled AOR engagements Award-winning, industry-recognized work (e.g., OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC) Fluency in social media platforms and trends Experience using GenAI tools like Adobe Firefly in art direction or design A clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising Strong storytelling skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Compensation varies based on multiple factors, including location, role, skills, and experience.
