Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Coordinator, Production to own the commercial inventory and promo scheduling process, maintain AU and Extreme Reach' s commercial library systems, and provide the Broadcast team with actionable insights through a comprehensive overview of our viewership data. This position is full-time, remote, and reports to the Director, Broadcast.

Responsibilities

Network Commercial Inventory &  Promo Scheduling:

  • Traffic, clear, schedule, and track commercial inventory across all networks and games/matches
  • Collaborate closely with network liaisons to ensure seamless execution of all commercial requirements
  • Provide clear, concise, and timely instructions to networks and packagers (when applicable)
  • Create and manage commercial pods for packagers, optimizing placement and flow
  • Monitor in-game commercials and activations to guarantee all contractual obligations are met and delivered 
  • Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure AU promos and ads are ready and scheduled for air
  • Receive, interpret, and input commercial copy based on agency instructions, flight dates, rotations, and multiple revisions within log deadlines

Media Library and System Management:

  • Maintain commercial copy files in AU and Extreme Reach's media library system for all commercial spots, uploading New Assets to the XR Platform
  • Input all commercial assets into the Extreme Reach traffic system to be cleared and sent for network delivery
  • Provide assistance as needed for all processes related to sales order entry, advertiser copy instructions, commercial spot processing, reports for sales and other groups 
  • Pursue commercial clearances and diligently follow up with the partnership team to resolve any issues

Production Support & Asset Coordination:

  • Work with the production team to capture and organize necessary assets for pre-production of partner deliverables, as well as other tasks, to ensure efficient operations

Viewership Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Provide comprehensive reports through analyzing viewership data, including live and re-air statistics, to assess audience demographics, viewing tendencies, and factors influencing viewership 

  • Collaborate with the distribution team to contribute informed suggestions for optimizing viewership

  • Break down viewership demographics into actionable insights

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in commercial trafficking

  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong organizational, project management, and database management skills

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours when in-season

  • Ability to travel to season and event locations as needed, approximately 10% travel per year

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Benefits

This role is full-time, remote and is compensated at a range $45,000 - $50,000 annually. While this is the intended range, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position. We anticipate the highest end of the range will be reserved for those who exceed the hiring committee’s expectations on all measures of the evaluation process.
