What youll do: Lead major process improvement projects and initiatives using the Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools to make positive and quantifiable improvements across the organization. Perform capability and other statistical assessments with appropriate follow-up work to reduce variability and/or achieve OEE targets. Develop recommendations and implement improvements to support corporate and plant goals, requirements, and sustainment of improvements. Mentor, coach and support project teams on the application of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools. The ability to clarify complex requirements for a wide range of customers and train, coach and mentor team members, while communicating to employees at all levels of the organization including C-level executives. What youll bring: Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Master preferred) with 5+ years of applying methodologies along with a university degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical discipline. Ideally 8+ years of Continuous Improvement experience preferably within a manufacturing environment, or a deep background in manufacturing with 5+ years of Continuous Improvement experience. Excellent business acumen with superior communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the origination. A successful track record of leading through influence in a matrixed environment, coupled with strong experience coaching, mentoring and training others. Exceptional presentation skills with experience presenting to executives and senior leaders. Superior change leadership and management skills.
