Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. #CommercialBanking In this role, you will: Participate in performing financial research, underwriting and structuring of Food and Agribusiness relationships within Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area Review and research business financial statements, tax returns and related financial information requiring an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors Identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area Review and identify basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives while exercising independent judgement to guide deliverables Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders including internal as well as external customers Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Ability to thoroughly analyze credits on an independent basis and communicate findings in a concise manner Knowledge and understanding of production agriculture or agribusinesses Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience with financial modeling / forecasting Underwriting experience including advanced commercial or specialty group relationship portfolio credit Knowledge and understanding of cash flow lending Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time This position does not support Visa Sponsorship Ability to work a hybrid work schedule Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
