About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CMO to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the execution of the company's marketing strategy, working closely with the CMO to overcome marketing challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure effective communication. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of the marketing function, and the Chief of Staff will be responsible for a range of tasks, including acting as a liaison for the CMO, conducting research, preparing reports, and leading special projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience, with a background in a Chief of Staff or marketing communications role, and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. As the Chief of Staff, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of marketing dynamics, the ability to make data-driven decisions, and experience in budget development and goal setting. The role requires a strategic thinker who can provide recommendations, optimize processes, and ensure that the marketing team is on track to meet its targets. Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration software, and the Google Suite is essential. The candidate should be a trusted partner, capable of maintaining confidentiality, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
