About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join its dynamic, private equity-backed portfolio of consumer brands. The CMO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for designing and executing a scalable, data-driven marketing strategy that drives growth across a multi-brand B2C ecosystem. This hands-on, strategic role requires a leader with deep experience in performance marketing, customer segmentation, and brand management across both online and offline channels. The successful candidate will be adept at managing complexity, have a proven track record in multi-brand environments, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization. Key responsibilities for the CMO include defining and leading a comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing the execution of cross-channel performance marketing campaigns, leading customer segmentation strategy, and owning brand positioning and messaging across multiple consumer-facing brands. The role also involves establishing and tracking KPIs, leveraging AI, data, and automation tools, and leading a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, be proficient in A/B testing, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization, and have a strong foundation in performance marketing across digital and traditional channels. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred, and the candidate should have at least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles.
