Chesapeake Search Partners is seeking a CFO for a prominent organization in the manufacturing space located in the Baltimore area. This is a key strategic leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, partnering closely with executive leadership, and supporting global operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of financial strategy, operational insight, and team leadership—while playing a pivotal role in the company’s next phase of growth.

Highlights:

• Lead all financial functions, including FP&A, reporting, treasury, and compliance across multiple locations and international markets.
• Serve as a true business partner to the CEO and executive team.
• Oversee financial systems and reporting improvements.
• Guide financial leadership through ongoing transformation, including ERP optimization, team development, and global process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally as CFO or VP of Finance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on capability and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in global operations, cash management, and financial reporting.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
