WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking highly motivated Business Development Representatives to join our team. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, fostering, and closing relationships for us. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a competitive yet rewarding sales position.
 
We are a power team seeking A-players who strive for excellence. We will provide this position with strong back-end support, as well as the opportunities to generate more sales.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Business Development Representative will play an integral role in our sales process. This role will be supported with a robust back office and the leadership team to provide the best product for each client. The Business Development Representative will have the ability to make an immediate impact on a fast-growing team, as well as in the market. The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
  • Identify, develop, and close on prospective clients
  • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with clients
  • Obtain all required paperwork and financial information from prospective clients
  • Pitch existing clients financing solutions and other buy/sale opportunities
  • Report business development and sales activity
  • Help develop and execute business plans with thorough market and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to create synergy and provide well-rounded financial services for clients
