Business Development Executive – MDU Communities

Celerity Fiber is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the powerhouse behind expanding Celerity Fiber’s footprint across MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) communities. You’ll own the entire sales cycle — from identifying prospects to sealing high-value deals — all while building strong, lasting relationships with property developers and managers.
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about technology, driven by results, and excited to work with best-in-class fiber networks.
What You’ll Do
Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Exceed sales targets by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the MDU space.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies that unlock revenue potential across assigned territories.
  • Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce) and ensure rigorous follow-up and conversion.
  • Cross-sell and upsell services to maximize client value.
Client Relationship Building
  • Build and nurture relationships with property developers, property managers, and decision-makers.
  • Deliver consultative, ROI-driven presentations for our Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Expansion and Prospecting
  • Identify and prioritize high-growth markets and new business opportunities.
  • Represent Celerity Fiber at industry events, networking opportunities, and key client meetings.
  • Stay sharp on competitive trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
Performance and Reporting
  • Track and report performance against KPIs, using insights to continuously improve sales tactics.
  • Partner with the sales leadership team to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively troubleshoot sales challenges and find creative solutions to close deals faster.
What You Bring
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, ideally in Telecommunications or MDU environments (Fiber experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with FTTP (Fiber-to-the-Premises) technology.
  • Existing relationships within the MDU sector.
  • Experience presenting complex technology solutions to executive-level decision-makers.
