About You As part of the Creative Experiences Inhouse Agency, the Associate Creative Director (Art Director) is a key creative leader focused on exceptional visual storytelling and innovative campaigns rooted in brand strategy. The role requires a strategic, conceptually-driven approach, strong creative vision, and the ability to elevate quality across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is an inspiring communicator, mentor, and collaborator, skilled in leading brainstorms, managing multiple projects, and staying ahead of trends to deliver forward-thinking work. Responsibilities Develop big idea campaigns grounded in strategy with strong conceptual skills. Ensure all creative work meets high standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency. Create visually compelling, authentic brand narratives that engage audiences. Lead the evolution of the brand across all platforms. Articulate vision, ideas, and objectives clearly. Lead and participate in brainstorm sessions and presentations. Build positive relationships with stakeholders, the creative team, and partners. Mentor and serve as a role model for junior staff. Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritizing effectively. Stay informed on industry, cultural, and technological trends to inspire innovative work. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience as an art director, ideally in an agency or in-house setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and strategic creative work. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field. Experience in brand strategy, advertising, marketing, and corporate identity. Excellent presentation and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive problem-solving and self-motivation. Leadership potential and management skills. Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
