About You As part of the Creative Experiences Inhouse Agency, the Associate Creative Director (art director) is a strategic, conceptually driven leader with a passion for developing bold campaigns rooted in brand strategy. You should have exceptional visual storytelling skills, a strong creative vision, and the ability to elevate work across all touchpoints. You are a compelling communicator, an inspiring mentor, and a collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Skills in leading brainstorms, managing multiple projects, and staying ahead of cultural, design, and platform trends are essential. Responsibilities Develop big idea campaigns that are strategically grounded and conceptually innovative. Ensure all creative work meets high standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency. Create visually compelling, authentic, and unexpected brand narratives that capture attention. Lead the evolution of the brand across all touchpoints. Articulate vision, ideas, and objectives clearly. Lead and participate in brainstorm sessions. Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, the creative team, and partners. Mentor junior creative staff. Lead presentations confidently. Prioritize and solve creative challenges effectively. Manage multiple projects with excellent time management. Stay informed on industry, cultural, and platform trends to inspire innovative work. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience as an art director, preferably in an agency or in-house setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and strategic creative work. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field. Experience in brand strategy, advertising, marketing, and corporate identity. Excellent presentation and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive problem-solving skills and self-motivation. Leadership potential and management skills. Ability to take and incorporate feedback professionally.
